We’ve all seen those breathtaking photos of our favorite destinations! Did you just book that epic bucket list adventure, hoping to capture those shots for yourself? Join Explorer Chick on this Nature Photography Workshop in Dallas. No camera or experience needed! Learn from an expert while developing your very own artistic style.

Photography Workshop Nature Hike

During a beginner-friendly 45-minute hike, you will jump right into this hands-on photography workshop. Don’t have a DSLR camera? No worries, we have you covered! A Sony Digital camera will be provided to everyone so that you can learn about proper composition and other great photo-taking techniques. I know you’re ready to learn what all those confusing camera settings mean and how to use them correctly. Also, learn proper composition and how to shoot a stunning landscape.  Oh! And you will receive a digital copy of every picture you take during this workshop. That way you can blow your friends’ minds with your artistry afterward when you post all of your best shots on your Facebook and Instagram!

Because of the variety of different cameras and setting layouts out there, it is best to use the equipment provided so that the instruction makes sense to everyone. Then take all the tricks you’ve learned at the workshop and apply the same techniques to the equipment you have at home.

The Details

    • Check-in Time: 30 minutes prior to departure.
    • Duration: 2 hours
    • Women-Only, 21+.
    • Don’t have a DSLR camera yet? No worries! You will be provided with a Sony Digital camera to use for the day. Afterward, you will receive a digital copy of all photos taken during the day.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at booking.

If your Multi-Day Trip requires a Deposit:

The stated deposit is due at the time of booking.The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. You will have the option to pay the deposit or the entire balance at booking.

You will receive automatic payment reminders with a payment link leading up to your adventure. This link will only allow you to pay the entire remaining balance due.

To make smaller payments than remaining balance due – Please send an email to: Payments@ExplorerChick.com

Please include your Order Number, Name, Trip, Dates, and Amount you wish to pay. We will run the card used at booking and send you a confirmation by email. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process.

 

The entire balance of your trip is due as stated below based on the duration of your trip. 

4 or Fewer Days 90 Days prior to arrival
5 or More Days 120 Days prior to arrival

Failure to pay balance in full by balance due date will result in automatic removal from trip without refund. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Multi-Day Adventures

Explorer Chick wants nothing more than for you to escape on one of our adventures. However, we understand emergencies do occur that may cause you to cancel your reservation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds will be given as outlined below based on days prior to trip arrival and length of trip.

50% less the Non-Refundable Deposit 90 – 61 Days 120 – 61 Days
No Refund 60 Days or less 60 Days or less

No exceptions will be granted to our Cancellation policy.

*We reserve the right to cancel trips with inadequate participant attendance, in which case all money paid to Explorer Chick Adventure Co, Inc will be fully refunded. Explorer Chick Adventure Co, Inc. CANNOT be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations.

 

Can I transfer my trip? 

Explorer Chick will transfer 100% of funds paid including the Non-Refundable deposit if transfer is made outside of our cancellation policy. Transfer can be made to any scheduled tour.

Our normal cancellation policy is in place for all other transfer requests.

 

*Explorer Chick reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour participant should such person’s behavior, health or mental condition impede the operation of the trip.
